Using the Search Page:
Keyword Searching
If you want to search the entire record, just type a few "keywords" into the "Full Record Search" box and press the "Search" button at the bottom of the page.
Searching for Titles or Words in a Title
If you know the title of the article you are looking for, just type it into the "Title" box and press the "Search" button at the bottom of the page. Or, you can type in words you think would be in articles on the topic you are searching for.
Searching for Authors of Articles
If you want to search for an article by author, type the author's name into the "Author" box in Lastname, Firstname order (e.g. "Glovin, Bill"; not "Bill Glovin").
Searching for Subjects/Topics
If you want to look for articles on a particular topic, you can use the "Subject Headings," "Rutgers People," "Rutgers Corporate Bodies" and "Rutgers Events" menus. Select one item from one or more of these menus. The search will automatically look for records containing ALL of the subjects you search for.
