We are holding a limited number of rooms at the Hyatt at $115.00 per night.
When making reservations, ask for the "Fedora" rate. parking
at the hotel is $4.00 per night.
University
Inn
We are not holding rooms at the University Inn, but it is an option for
attendees.
The University Inn and the Hyatt are the closer hotels to the conference site. The University Inn is located on Douglass Campus but you can take the Rutgers Bus EE or F to the College Avenue Campus where the conference site is located. The Hyatt is a 15 minute walk from the site but there is also Rutgers bus service from the corner of George and Albany Streets.
There are, however, many other hotels to choose from in the area.
One could even stay in New York City and come down on the train, it's a 50 minute trip from Penn Station to New Brunswick Station, and a 10 minute walk to the site.

University
Parking
Parking can be difficult on the College Avenue campus where the conference site, the Alexander Library, is located. Attendees are advised to leave their cars at the hotel and to take one of the Rutgers buses to the site.
However, if you choose to bring a car, please contact Ruth Bogan, who will arrange to provide a parking permit for the conference duration
